i was so looking forward to my stay, but it was a letdown! stale cigarette odor in my non-smoking room, what a delightful surprise. also, the complimentary breakfast was a tragic joke—no protein at all! i almost thought of leaving a good review, but disappointment reigned supreme here.

Inconsistent air conditioning, incredibly loud, check-in felt rushed!!! TV not working during the stay, whirlpool out of order, broken towel bar. Stale smell in the hotel!!! Improvements needed in cleaning and maintenance!!!
